A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can be attributed mostly neither commercial nor self-employed.
You as a consumer have the right to withdraw this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your declaration concerning the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.
Replacement of goods and Exchange
Karma Art sells almost exclusively handcrafted unique pieces! Therefore, a direct exchange is usually not possible. However, if desired, we can offer a similar product. This is explicitly not guaranteed and is at the discretion of Karma Art.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact if you have chosen a type of delivery other than that offered by us). The repayment will be immediately, latest within fourteen days, from the date on which the notification about your cancellation of this contract has been received from us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case you will be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have clearly proofed that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You have to return or pass over the goods immediately, not later than fourteen days, from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days. You have to pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods, when the value loss is due to a unecessary handling, which is not needed for examen the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
